Shipping Policy
Order Processing
At Melograno Designs, all ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Made-to-order and custom items require additional time for creation before shipment. Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date when you place a custom order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We proudly ship throughout the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, the size of your package, and the selected shipping speed.
Available shipping options include:

Please note: Delivery estimates apply after the item has been shipped. Additional shipping costs may apply for larger works of art requiring specialized packaging for shipment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive the notification.
You can also track your order directly via your shipping carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using the provided tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days after your shipping notification (or after your custom item is completed), please contact us at melogranodesigns@icloud.com for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Melograno Designs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at melogranodesigns@icloud.comwith your order number and details. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, Melograno Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances once the package leaves our studio.
